Great for performance sports

I use it almost every day, during performance training (cycling), it fits perfectly into my routine and I think it's the first time I've used it and I'm satisfied with the nutritional supplements I received as a gift. I combine it with a recovery drink, which is great! the disadvantage is that there are only a few doses in the package. I recommend! I buy again

The composition is great, the taste has one hook

The composition is great for training, the taste is good for the first drink, unfortunately I have an aftertaste in my mouth after drinking it (probably from glutamine), which is not much for training. Honestly, I'd prefer glutamine (its effects are debatable anyway) for better taste without the unpleasant aftertaste. I will try to compare the taste with the Power and Recovery drinks, if they will taste better during training.
