COMPLETE CONTEST RULES

I. General provisions

1. Each participant who accepts the rules of the competition, fulfills these conditions and sends an answer to the competition question via a comment on Facebook or Instagram becomes a participant in the competition.

2. The organizer of the competition is the commercial company BRAINIO s.r.o., with its registered office at Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00, Prague, ID: 05939721, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, entry no. 68962 (hereinafter referred to as " organizer").

3. Any natural person over the age of 18 with a delivery address in the territory of the Czech or Slovak Republic or a legal entity with a delivery address in the territory of the Czech or Slovak Republic can participate in the competition. Employees of the organizer and persons close to them and persons who participated in the creation of the competition or competition video, question or image are excluded from participation in the competition.

4. The organizer does not have to keep the questions of the participants and has no obligation to answer questions

5. The competition organizer reserves the right to shorten, interrupt or cancel the competition or change its rules.

6. The competition organizer reserves the right to make a final decision in disputed cases at its own discretion.

7. By entering the competition, all participants agree to abide by its rules.

8. The competition is in no way promoted, operated, sponsored or associated with Meta and this company is in no way responsible for its conduct. Information provided as part of competitions will not be made available to this company in any way. The company Meta is completely released from the obligations of each participant of the competition. All questions, comments or complaints regarding the contests must be directed to the organizer and not to Meta.

9. The competition is in no way promoted, operated, sponsored or associated with Instagram and is not responsible for its conduct. II. Personal rights and personal data protection

1. By entering a comment as an answer to a competition question, the competition participant provides the organizer with express consent to the competition organizer processing the personal data provided by him (name, surname, Instagram name and possibly delivery address) in his marketing database and the databases of all processors of this database for the purpose of offering trade and services.

2. The organizer of the competition hereby informs each participant of the competition, who has provided his personal data for processing in accordance with the previous paragraph, about his rights arising from Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") ), i.e. in particular about the fact that the provision of this data is voluntary, that the participant has the right to access it and that, in the event of a violation of the law, he has the right to contact the Office for the Protection of Personal Data with a request for rectification, as well as other rights arising from § § 11 and 21 hereof
of the law. Under the terms of the law, consent to data processing can be revoked at any time at the address of the organizer's registered office.

III. Competition mechanism

1. The competition takes place on the Flow Nutrition Facebook and/or Instagram page. Participants participate in the competition by answering the competition question in the comments of the competition post and at the same time by marking the Flow Nutrition page using the "I like this" button. Participants participate in the competition on Facebook by answering the competition question in the comments of the competition post and at the same time by marking the Flow Nutrition page using the "Like" button. Then on Instagram via comments under the post in combination with clicking the "follow" button on the flownutrition_cz company profile.

2. The competition will take place at intervals that will be specified in more detail in the competition entry. The competition will always end on a predetermined day. Answers to the basic competition question submitted after this date will not be included in the competition.

3. From all the answers that the participants entered as comments in the relevant period, the organizer will select the correct answer or the answer closest to the truth. If there are more than one correct answer at the end of the competition, the organizer will ask the given participants another additional question or questions. The winner is the contestant who, even in this case, answers correctly or whose answer is closest to the truth. If several participants answer the additional questions correctly, the participant who answered correctly first wins
the first competition question. If it is a question for which there is no clearly correct answer, or another competition task, the winner is chosen by random draw.

4. If there are more correct answers, the organizer will ask these participants another additional question on the day after the end. From the moment the additional question is asked, the competition will be extended by 24 hours, during which the participants have the opportunity to answer. The winners will be announced after 24 hours of asking the supplementary question. If the participant does not answer the supplementary question within the specified time, he/she is excluded from the competition.

IV. Prizes, their transfer and related conditions

1. Prizes in the competition are always determined directly in the competition entry.

2. All winners will be informed about the win on Facebook pages or
Instagram profile Flow Nutrition/flownutrition_cz.

3. The prizes will be sent to the winners by the agreed shipping service.

4. Prizes are not legally enforceable.

V. Disclosure of Rules

These general, binding rules for competitions will be published for the entire duration on the website www.flow-nutrition.cz
